So, I have Alli to thank for this idea! She'd seen someone's blog where they had this done with a cake to find out the sex of their baby so we decided to try it with cupcakes. We had our ultrasound this afternoon and had the tech write down the sex and put it in an envelope which we took to the bakery and had them fill the cupcakes with either blue or pink frosting. It was torture not finding out at the ultrasound, but in the end it was so much fun and well worth the wait!

Here we go...

And...

It's A Girl!!!

We are so excited!! We can't wait to meet our new little baby girl. June can't come soon enough! We love you baby!
We headed to Spokane to do a little Christmas shopping and stayed in Kellogg, ID at the Silver Mountain Waterpark the first night. Jack and Joey were sooooo excited they were running around the hotel room screaming! Kevin's parents also happened to be going to Spokane that weekend so they joined us at the waterpark the first night. Poor papa...he had no idea what he was in for! Let's just say he could barely walk the next morning:)
And then, are you ready? We went to...
Yes, Rich is my favorite:)
Then, we started getting ready for Christmas! I know it's a funny looking snowman - I had issues lifting up the snow balls!
Blade, Alli and Mason came home for Christmas and helped us build gingerbread houses.
And then we had a very merry Christmas! It was so wonderful to have Blade, Alli and Mason with us to celebrate! The kids loved playing with Mason (and so did I) and we miss them all like crazy.
Other than that, life has pretty much been back to normal. Oh, except for one thing...
We went to Carroll's homecoming game a few weeks ago and Joey was really excited to be a cheerleader. Even more exciting? She actually let me french braid her hair!! (I was very excited about this - not the best job, I know, but exciting nonetheless!)
