We went to Carroll's homecoming game a few weeks ago and Joey was really excited to be a cheerleader. Even more exciting? She actually let me french braid her hair!! (I was very excited about this - not the best job, I know, but exciting nonetheless!)
I haven't gotten our playdoh out in about 6 months (because I hate the mess that's involved and it seems like I'm the only one who ever cleans it up) and Jack asked me the other day if we were ever going to get to use playdoh again. Needless to say, I felt pretty bad so we broke it out and I almost immediately regretted it! But, they had fun, so that's all that matters...right?!

So Cute. I can't believe it's been a year since I was at Carroll's Homecoming with you guys! Ahh, crazy. I am so happy Joey let you braid her hair, it's so cute. Just tell her next time that you use to always braid my hair, and I ALWAYS sat so nice for you!! Oh and I love how big her Minnie Mouse gloves are :)
Love it! Joey's hair looks so pretty. She makes an adorable little cheerleader and Minnie Mouse. Can't wait to see them officially in their costumes for Halloween! Take lots of pics! I feel ya on the playdoh issue. It is not something that I often let my first graders use during choice time and when I do I almost always regret it! Big mess for me to clean up after school! Love you guys and hope you are all doing well!
